Mahashakti Meditation

part 2. time and conditions

Time for meditation

Depending on your determination to free yourself from the illusion of the world and destroy the inner joy of its influence, depending on your time, you can meditate as often as possible. But it's enough three times a day, or even two. The most important thing is morning meditation, because the mind is not yet involved in the affairs of the day. It is also good evening meditation to get rid of mental wandering and fall asleep well. It is best to choose a cleansing mantra for evening meditation. I would recommend Gayatri or repeat the name of God. However, in the evening meditation it is not good to arouse much energy because it will be difficult to fall asleep. I have experienced it too many times and I know how it breaks the dream later and then the morning meditation. It is always like that. You can use Mahasiakti meditation for the evening meditation but up to the first two degrees of this meditation. For a full Mahasiakti meditation, the time of the morning is definitely the best. The energy induced in meditation will help and protect during the day.

The best time for meditation is the so-called Brahman season. This is between 4:00 am and 6:00 am. Of course, it depends on the rhythm of work and other duties. For example, I tested different times to start meditation between 3:00 to 4:30. So that you spend on meditation and prayer for 2 hours in the morning. Unfortunately, one has to reckon with the fact that sleep is just as needed by the body. Too early wake up also interrupts the soul's stay outside the body in spiritual worlds, thanks to which it learns, synthesizes the experiences of the previous day or makes plans for the next day. A not well sleepy night makes the day chaotic. I discovered on myself that 3:30 hours are particularly sensitive. Maybe someone has different conditions for the time when he goes to sleep, so it can be different for everyone and he has to find the best time himself. For me it is a wake-up call at 3:30 and not earlier.

I consider the conditions of the time of getting up very carefully and everyone should do so, because to achieve deep meditation this time should not change any more. This is very important because the energy developed at a given time will come back the next day at the same time and support the same state of mind. Therefore, changing the time is not good for deep meditation, although I realize that sometimes necessary when the lifestyle changes. When it comes to days off from work when you can finally get a good night's sleep after a week of work, you should not change the time of meditation and just sleep after meditation when the energy has dropped enough. Until then one can devote himself to prayer or reading some spiritual book. Sometimes the attitude that you can finally sleep means that after the meditation the body will quickly change to rest. In such a dream after meditation, you can often experience spiritual visions from the borderline of waking and dreaming. This inter-state after meditation is extremely valuable in hints of life. It is worth to think about pictures or heard words during such a dream later.

Time for meditation

It is known that it is impossible to take a long hour of meditation by a beginner. The untrained mind of such a long concentration in silence will not stand it. Therefore, you have to start gradually in as many minutes as you can sit still. In addition, there are some techniques to help purify and control the mind. In the dynamic part of meditation, however, there is a lot of energy and mental work happening, and the mind is much more likely to focus on this work. In the end, at the last stages of this meditation, there is more static concentration and detention in non-action, but the mind will be prepared for it. This is what individual parts of this meditation rely on, which are more dynamic. Therefore, even at the beginning it is good to book at least a quarter of an hour for meditation. It will not be used in its entirety from the very beginning. But I do not think there is any difficulty in it. Then, when you join the program of this meditation more degrees, this time will soon turn out to be too short. This ease of extending the time is an unquestionable advantage of dynamic meditation.

Energy of meditation

Static meditation is difficult to achieve a high energy level for the rest of the day. Dynamic energy meditation achieves this effect much faster. Mind capabilities are actively trained to maintain focus, balance, concentration and visualization. Less discouragement. Small steps, after a few exercises but systematically performed, make it possible to master the self-control in the least expected situations. I have been meditating for many years, over 30 and it was mainly static meditation. However, gradually I began to see much better benefits of dynamic-energy meditation for deepening the last static phase. In the long seat, the right energy is needed. In fact, it is the right energy that maintains stable and immune meditation. Otherwise, the mind will sleep, and if it does not become dull. Energy is key to a clear, pure, bright mind ... Enlightenment is the contact with the Highest Energy.

Place of meditation

Better always the same, free from interference, and potential interference, because you can not sit in suspense. A clean and comfortable place to sit with crossed legs. It would not be good if it was a bed on which one sleeps, because it is different energy, but not necessarily because of the lack of another good place. The place must be safe to light a candle. Free from noise and music.

Music in meditation

Music is for relaxation, but that's all it can do. Silence is much deeper than music or any artificial sounds. The spontaneous sounds of nature are already better. Music is someone's mind and the goal of meditation is not only to look at your own mind but also to go beyond it. Focusing on one's mind is contrary to the idea of deep meditation. That's why music does not serve real meditation and it limits it. If someone claims that music helps him, he only testifies how shallowly he has penetrated meditation.

The position of meditation is especially important, but it will be about this in the next part.

Mahashakti Meditation - 1. introduction

Mahashakti Meditation - meditation on the great power of love.

God invites - a vision.

Today, as usual, after 3 o'clock in the morning, an alarm clock rang. I got up for meditation, though I was a little reluctant. In five minutes meditation starts and I was a bit sleepy and I did not start meditating. It's time...
Vision:
There are stairs up and on the sides are green bushes and flowers on them. At the top two flower beds on both sides of the stairs. How many stairs were there? I do not know, not much, maybe just nine. At the top of these stairs is only the blue sky. Stairs to heaven. Suddenly, a beautifully dressed woman (angel with no wings?) Appears at the top of these stairs. With a polite gesture of the hand, she invites me to come in.
Immediately after that, I eagerly took meditation. If an angel invites. When I returned to this vision after meditation and told my wife, then I heard from Shakti:
Shakti: It was Me.
It made me very happy. This is very important to me. Why was it not a master, or an angel, or anyone else, such as a ghost or an alien but just Shakti in disguise that I did not recognize her? I will add that Shakti is the form of God that I adore. No one else could come to me because I am not interested in other worlds, other dimensions, other civilizations or heavens. NONE, only God. I always offer my sleeping time to the lotus feet of God, saying: "I do not want to travel anywhere, to any worlds, even the most wonderful, I want to stay clean in dreams and only come to You." This is my purity and love.

And that is the essence of meditation. God will give Himself only at the end of all desires, when only one will remain. Before that in the infinite countless lives will satisfy all other desires, but He will not give Himself. Meditation is the achievement of such purity, when only one of the highest and most sacred desire stays – for God. Only one strong desire and nothing more? Love only can do it.

Prayer:

Ough God, fill my heart with love
And devotion to You
Let me only desire You,
Guide me to You.

Live permanently in my heart
And grant me your vision and conversation.
Inspire me, guide me and protect me.
Take my meditation in your hands.

Yes, I meditate with love. I'm meditating because I fell in love with God. Only love leads quickly to God. Meditation with the mind can only be called relaxation, calming but not the path to God. God is Love, here's why. The mind is necessary, it leads far, but the mind is not enough. I will describe below meditation, which I have been doing for years, although its final form has been constantly improving. God himself called that Mahasiakti meditation. There are many elements of this meditation, some more dynamic, others purely contemplative. They are spread out into nine steps like the nine stairs shown in the vision. However, there are many more exercises and they can be tailored to individual needs during the teaching course.

Three stages of meditation.

(1) Concentration: At the beginning of meditation, you are in the midst of many distractions with the intention of meditation. All must be purified through intensive concentration on ONE and ONLY ONE. This is God.

(2) Contemplation:Then you and God remain in total purity. You surrender to the Divine radiation - this is the state of illumination.

(3) Union: At the end, there is only God, that is, you are in the wonderful total Revealed Reality. Only then will God be recognized. Then you will recognize your True Self.

Meditation is one of the most important spiritual techniques for achieving spiritual realization, or Enlightenment. During meditation, the final discharge of the illusion of life and the transcending of the mind is called Illumination, Pure Consciousness, or the state of Sudhasattva. In fact, any spiritual practice that leads to self-realization ends in meditation. It's the same with prayer - it ends without words in meditation.

Although meditation is the whole process, and the final state is achieved in Samadhi, a disconnection that is complete from the mind and senses, both phisical and mental. Samadhi also has its stages, but this is not the purpose of describing this state at this stage of the lecture.
